In order to vote for me, you must be a registered voter in Madison County and you must vote in the
Republican primary which will be held August 5, 2003. If you are not already registered to vote,
you must fill out and print the following form and mail it to the Circuit Clerk's office in
Canton at the address below. If you have recently moved within the county, in order to avoid
difficulties on election day, you may need to notify the Circuit Clerk of your address change
so that she may transfer your registration to the proper precinct.
